Cancellation/Refund Policy
Any request for cancellation of CSMG 2019 registration must be in writing and received by Friday, December 28, 2018 to be eligible for a refund. Refund requests or questions should be directed to CSMG Registration at CSMG@ConferenceDirect.com or call (844) 293-7034.
A $50.00 administrative fee will be deducted in cases of refunds (or $20.00 if only for Pre-Meetings and Special Events). The 6% bank credit card/check processing fee will not be refunded. Refund requests received before the deadline will be processed within one week, and will be made to the credit card by which payment was made.
