2019 Winter Conference {Exhibitors}

We are excited to offer the following programs as part of the 2019 Winter Conference. All four groups will  enjoy shared break, meal, reception, and exhibit space.

SCHEDULE:

  • Booth set-up can be done between 6-8 PM on Sunday, January 27, or 7-8 AM on Monday, January 28.

PRICE:

$1,295 includes a 6x30 table with two chairs and all benefits listed below plus registration for up to two booth reps.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

  • Group rate = $159
  • Cut-off date = Friday,  January 11
  • Complimentary wifi in guest rooms
  • Complimentary parking for meeting attendees
  • Group rate offered three days pre/post based on availability

GETTING THERE:

  • AIRPORT: The hotel is located 20 miles from the Nashville International Airport (BNA). Please see the hotel's maps & transportation page for additional info.

MEALS:

Your exhibit registration fee includes:

  • Sunday: cocktail reception
  • Monday: breakfast, lunch, reception
  • Tuesday: breakfast

BOOTH REPS:

  • Registration for the conference for TWO booth reps is included with booth purchase.
  • You may send a maximum of TWO booth reps.
  • Your booth reps must be company employees.  
  • Please note that no suitcasing will be allowed.
  • Booth reps are welcome to attend sessions.


BOOTH PACKAGE:

6' x 30" table (please note this is a TABLE-TOP show). Due to space restrictions, larger tables will not be available.  
  • Signs up to 8' wide are allowed
  • Rugs that protrude into the aisle are prohibited.  
  • Booths not dismantled by the end of the allotted tear-down time period will be broken down and put into storage at a $250 storage and handling fee. Return shipping will incur an additional fee.
  • All food served in the exhibit hall must be procured from the hotel.
  • MISBO-SAIS reserve the right to refuse any application for exhibit space and to restrict exhibit activities during the meeting that in the sole judgement of MISBO-SAIS are not appropriate to the meeting's purpose.
  • Please note: Floor plans are subject to change and MISBO-SAIS reserves the right to make adjustments as necessary. Floor plans may not immediately indicate ongoing and most recent changes.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Booth cancellations received in writing to events@sais.org before December 28 will be refunded less a 20% processing fee. Cancellations received after December 28 are not eligible for a refund.
