The deadline to claim Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit for sessions attended at the 2019 TCT Meetings was March 26, 2019. Requests for certificates will incur a $60 processing fee now that the evaluation deadline has passed.

ACCME Accreditation Statement AMA Credit Designation
The Medical College of Wisconsin is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education to physicians.

AMA Credit Designation 
The Medical College of Wisconsin designates this live activity for a maximum of 49.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Hours of Participation for Allied Health Professionals
The Medical College of Wisconsin designates this activity for up to 34.75 hours participation for continuing education for allied health professionals. 

ABIM MOC
ABIM MOC Recognition Statement
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 9 Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

Individual participants’ information will be shared with ABIM through the ACCME Program and Activity Reporting System (PARS).

Public Information About Activities Registered for ABIM MOC Recognition
ACCME publishes information about accredited CME activities that have been registered for ABIM MOC via its CME Finder. CME Finder is a publicly available, online search tool that provides a one-stop resource for physician learners seeking to earn MOC points by participating in accredited CME.

CCNE
Transplant Nursing Meeting
Registered attendees can earn 18.5 contact hours of CNE if all educational sessions are attended in their entirety. The Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC’s) Commission on Accreditation. ONS is approved as a provider of continuing education by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #2850.

Nurses can earn additional CNE for viewing the poster abstracts on their own time. Additional CNE amount will be determined after abstract acceptances have been determined.

  • Click Continue to your CE certificate.

Administrative Directors Conference including Quality, HCT Value & Health Economics Sessions

  • Continuing Nursing Education: The National Marrow Donor Program/ Be The Match is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC’s) Commission on Accreditation (COA). Up to 10 contact hours may be claimed for this educational activity.

  • The Quality, HCT Value & Health Economics Sessions qualify for both Nursing and Continuing Medical Education credits.

ACPE
Pharmacists Education
Syntaxx Communications, Inc. is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Syntaxx Communications has assigned 13.75 contact hours (1.375 CEUs) of continuing pharmacy education credit for this knowledge- and application-based activity. This 2-day conference will incorporate 16 individual activity sessions that combined will fulfill the 13.75 hours of CE. The target audience for this accredited activity is pharmacists.

To receive continuing pharmacy education credit for the conference, participants must attend the sessions in their entirety and complete the associated program evaluation forms. Additionally, all US-based pharmacists must supply their National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP) electronic Profile Identification (ePID) number and their birth month and day (MM/DD). No credit can or will be issued without this information. To acquire an NABP ePID, go to http://www.nabp.net and click on CPE Monitor.

The Evaluation Survey must be completed within 30 days from the date the live program is completed in order to receive continuing education credit. Your NABP ePID number and date of birth (mm/dd) must be correctly provided. If incorrect information is uploaded into CPE Monitor and not rectified within 60 days of the program, a $225 fee will be charged as mandated by the ACPE. Please make sure your NABP ePID and date of birth (mm/dd) are correctly provided at the time you submit your program evaluation.
