Interested in current events? Want to advance social justice, but don’t know how to write for change? Using the backdrop of contemporary issues surrounding (in)equity and (in)justice, this course will help you learn to speak and write your truth through dialogue with your peers, reflective writing, and formal writing that helps you turn your voice into a call for action. The writing in this course will help you with argument development, applicable to all your academic classes, but will also give you the opportunity to write as writers do–free of prompts and strict guidelines.
