SECURING AIR TRAVEL
We recommend flying into the Syracuse International Airport (SYR). The airport is 30 minutes from the Turning Stone Resort & Casino. All major airline carriers plus Jet Blue are represented.
Alternative airports to consider would be Greater Rochester International Airport 120 miles west of the resort or Albany International Airport 111 miles east of the resort. All major airline carriers plus Jet Blue and Southwest are represented.

GROUND TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
Each attendee will be responsible for his/her own ground transportation to the resort upon arrival into Syracuse. The Syracuse International Airport host all the major car rental companies. Uber or taxi are also an option for transport. The resort is approximately 30 minutes from the airport. Parking at the resort is complimentary.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Due to high demand the week of our Symposium at the Turning Stone Resort & Casino we have a limited number of rooms on property. We have secured a negotiated rate of $152 plus 10.75% tax for the group. Overflow room blocks are secured at the Fairfield Inn located right outside the entrance of the resort, in addition Hampton Inn Rome and Wingate Rome which are close to the Demo site approximately 14 miles. You are required to request your hotel stay during the registration process, please do not contact the hotels directly.

AGENDA The Symposium’s official start is Tuesday morning. We invite you to participate in our Golf Tournament on Monday 12:00pm lunch with Shotgun start at 1:30pm or join us in the evening for a networking reception. We will end the Symposium on Wednesday afternoon. Reference the agenda tab for more details.

GOLF TOURNAMENT Join us Monday, September 10th for a round of golf. We will kick off the tournament with lunch at 12:00pm at the Shenendoah Clubhouse with a Shotgun start at 1:30pm on the Kaluhyat Course. Prizes will be awarded at the reception and buffet dinner for golfers to follow at the clubhouse. Sign up to participate when you register the cost is $100 and includes half a cart, 18 holes, tees, and a sleeve of balls. Club rentals are available at a cost of $50.

TOUR The 2nd day of the Symposium on Wednesday, September 12th will include a tour of the New York UAS Test Site at the Griffiss International Airport in Rome, New York. The tour will include demos of UAS operations and the test site facilities. |
