Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) are pleased to support the 2018 International Pipeline Security Forum again this year. NRCan and the TSA have been co-sponsoring this annual forum since 2004, with the venue alternating between Canada and the United States. This year, the Forum will be returning to Calgary, Alberta, where the inaugural meeting was held fourteen years ago. The purpose of the Forum is to bring together policy experts, energy and utilities infrastructure owners/operators, academics, researchers and intelligence practitioners to address issues of common interest regarding pipeline security. The organizers are expecting to draw a significant number of senior energy industry and government participants. The Canadian Gas Association and the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association will be hosting the event this year, working in collaboration with the American Gas Association and the American Pipeline Institute. Member companies of these associations will also be represented at the Forum.
