2018 CEPA Foundation Fall Meeting

The CEPA Foundation Fall Meeting will see the return of our display table program where member companies will have a chance to reserve a tabletop to showcase their products and services. It is expected that attendees will visit the display tables during breakfast, lunch and breaks.

Display tables will be set up on the Monday, September 17, 2018 from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm and will be taken down on the morning of Wednesday, September 19th, 2018 following the morning break. Please note that these will be table tops only; large trade show display booths will not be permitted but one pop-up banner per table will be allowed. It is up to the individual companies to decide if they will have their table manned during these times, or they may simply ensure the supplies of promotional literature are replenished regularly.

As part of this program, we will be limiting the displays; the cost to reserve a display table is $200 (6ft skirted table). Member companies interested in securing a table should forward their request to our events coordinator (help@canavents.com) by no later than August 1st, 2018. If more companies express an interest in these displays than we can accommodate, then we will choose the companies by a random draw after the closing date. Applicants will be contacted to confirm table placement along with details on shipment of their display items, set up, tear down, and other general logistics. Payment will be due once the successful company has been notified and payments are non-refundable.
