Payment Policy
- The congress registration fee includes access to the scientific sessions, luncheons, coffee breaks, cocktail reception on 7th February.
- Pre-registrations are accepted until 17th December 2018. After that date, regular fee will be applied.
- Payment by bank transfer is recommended. Payment by credit card is subject to an extra 2.5% of the amount due to cover credit card charges.
Confirmation of registration will be sent to participants prior to the congress.
Please bring your confirmation letter on-site and present it at the welcome desk to receive your badge.
Registration Cancellation Policy
75% of registration fee may be refunded upon written cancellation to bsc@downtowneurope.be before 4th January 2019. Payment is non-refundable thereafter.
