A block of guest rooms has been secured at the Bahia Resort Hotel.A reservation will be made on your behalf using the arrival and departure information you provide during registration. We will need this information by August 10, 2018 to provide to the hotel.
You do not need to contact the hotel to make modifications to your reservation. If your hotel reservation requires any revision after you have registered, please contact convenings@kresge.org.

○ You will need to provide a credit card upon check in.
○ The hotel will make every effort to accommodate early arrivals. In the event that your room isn’t available for early check-in, your luggage can be stored with the hotel.
○ Check in begins at 4:00 PM and check out at 12:00 PM.
○ Your guest room will have complimentary access to wireless internet.
○ Parking on site is complementary.
