All foreign nationals entering India are required to possess a valid international travel document in the form of a national passport with a valid visa obtained from an Indian Mission or Post abroad. Tourist Visa can only be granted to a foreigner who does not have a residence or occupation in India and whose sole objective of visiting India is recreation, sightseeing, casual visit to meet friends or relatives, short duration medical treatment or casual business visit.

Indira Gandhi International Airport
Indira Gandhi International Airport serves as the primary civilian aviation hub for the National Capital Region of Delhi, India. The airport, spread over an area of 5,106 acres (2,066 ha) is situated in Palam, 15 km south-west of the New Delhi railway station and 16 km (9.9 mi) from New Delhi city centre. Named after Indira Gandhi, a former Prime Minister of India, it is the busiest airport in India in terms of passenger traffic.
The airport is 14 km away from the Hotel Westin in Gurugram (venue of the conference) but be aware of the traffic and make sure you have plenty of time to get to the airport.
Please note that most international flights arrive to New Delhi at night.

The host of the conference will offer pick up service from the airport to the hotel. When registering please indicate that you are interested in this service.

Visit your health professional at least 4 to 6 weeks before your trip to check whether you need any vaccinations or other preventive measures.
