Depending on the fundraising commitment level you selected when you registered with Team In Training (No Hotel, 2 Night Stay or 3 Night Stay), you will receive a two or three night hotel stay with a Team In Training roommate (as applicable).
If you prefer to have a room to yourself or share with non-Team In Training guest(s), you may pay for the other half of your room when you complete your commitment and reservations. (50% of room rate = $133.39/night, inclusive of taxes). The hotel charges an additional fee for three or more adults, over the age of 18, staying in your room. (max 4 people per room)

- Triple Occupancy - $46.60 USD/night for three adults to share the room
- Quad Occupancy - $93.20 USD/night for four adults to share the room
Two night stays will have the option to:
- Arrive Friday, Sept. 7th and Depart Sunday, Sept. 9th (late check out cannot be guaranteed on event day)
- Arrive Saturday, Sept. 8th and Depart Monday, Sept. 10th
- Arrive Friday, Sept. 7th and Depart Monday, Sept. 10th
Checking Into Your Room
All rooms are reserved under each teammates name. To check into your room you will just need to provide your name and photo ID to the front desk. The hotel will also require your credit card to keep on file for incidental charges (room service, parking, etc.)

Extending Your Stay (click arrow at left for additional information)
The dates listed above are the dates of the contracted Team In Training room block. Subject to hotel availability the Team In Training room rate may be honored before and after the contracted dates.
To request extended nights with your reservation ($266.78/night single/double), please reach out to Kendra Clark, or input the request under the hotel reservations section during the commitment process.
Please note that this is only for teammates with hotel stay included in their commitment packages; This form/contact should not be contacted with inquiries for new reservations or additional rooms.
