GENERAL

What are the 10 Years and Glowing Celebration events and who should attend?
The 10 Years and Glowing Celebration Events are a tour for Rodan + Fields Independent Consultants and their R+F Business Partner only.   If you have more than one R+F Business Partner, you must choose one.  
What can I expect to hear at a 10 Years and Glowing Celebration event?
During the event, you can expect to hear from members of the Executive Team, RF× Leaders, and Regional Team as we reflect on the past 10 years and build excitement for the next decade.
What is the schedule for the 10 Years and Glowing Celebration events?
Onsite check-in will begin at 5:00 PM for events beginning at 6:00 PM.  Onsite check-in will begin at 6:00 PM for events beginning at 7:00 PM.  All events will last an hour and half.  Events starting at 6:00 PM will conclude at 7:30 PM.  Events starting at 7:00 PM will conclude at 8:30 PM.  For specific event details, please refer to the first page of the online registration for the event you are interested in attending.  If you are already registered, please refer to your confirmation email or registration record for your event's agenda.

What is the cost to register for a 10 Years and Glowing Celebration event?
Registration is $15 USD for Consultants and Business Partners
What's included in my registration? Will there be food or beverages provided?
One celebratory beverage for group toast and dessert.
May I bring a guest to the event(s)? How do I register a guest?
No. This event is for the consultants and one R+F Business Partner only.  Business Partner refers to someone listed on your Consultant Account such as your Spouse or someone who is part of your Business entity. 
I registered for the event but did not receive a confirmation email. How can I confirm that I am registered for the event?
If you are registered, you should receive a confirmation email from the Rodan + Fields Event Support Team. Please check if it may have landed in your spam inbox. Click here for contact information to email your Rodan + Fields Event Support Team and we will be happy to verify your registration or re-send the confirmation for your records.
I am not able to register because the event is sold out. Will more seats become available?
While it is not a guarantee, seats may become available closer to the event date. Please be advised that there is not a waitlist for this event; please check the corporate-sponsored global Events Calendar for the next event in your area.
Can I register onsite at the event?
Yes. While we cannot guarantee that this event will not sell out, you can register at the Rodan + Fields Onsite Registration Desk. We highly encourage that you register early to reserve a spot for this event.
What method of payment do you accept if I register onsite at the event?
We accept payment by credit card and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Cash payments will not be accepted.
I can no longer attend the event(s); how do I modify or cancel my registration? 
Please reference your confirmation email where you can click on your registration record. From there, you can modify or cancel your registration. 
What is the refund policy?
Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable between Consultants.
I registered for the wrong event; can I transfer my registration to the correct event? 
Yes. Click here for contact information to email your Rodan + Fields Event Support Team and we will make sure you are registered for the correct event.

MISCELLANEOUS

What is the dress code for the 10 Years and Glowing Celebration events?
Cocktail attire is suggested, but not required. Meeting rooms can get chilly, so we encourage you to bring a light sweater or jacket with you. 
Will I need to pay for parking? Is there a discount offered for event attendees?
Parking is not included in your registration. However, depending on the venue there may be a discounted rate offered to you. Please check for a discounted parking voucher at the registration desk when you check in for the event. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a lower rate at all venues.
I am planning to spend the night at the hotel where the event is being held. Is a discounted rate offered? 
There is not a room block or discounted room rate provided for these events.
Are children invited to attend the 10 Years and Glowing events? 
Children under 18 years of age may not attend the 10 Years and Glowing events, with the exception of nursing infants
