2019 Spring Conference

Join us and Goodwill Industries of Fort Worth, Inc. for the 2019 Goodwill® Spring Conference and Member Marketplace LIVE at the Omni Fort Worth Hotel. This year's program was designed with several learning and networking opportunities in mind for Goodwill leaders in mission advancement, human resources and resource development. The theme of the conference, Leading Today for Impact Tomorrow, will inspire conversations and learning opportunities to help Goodwill teams overcome current challenges and shape the future of our mission.

In its fourth year, the Centers of Excellence Awards will celebrate Goodwill achievements, highlighting local Goodwill organizations as leaders in the areas of three strategic mission priority areas: Career Navigation, Mission Innovation, and Employer Partnerships. These three strategies highlight the importance of career preparation beyond the first job, family financial security to interrupt generational poverty and inclusive practices to ensure diverse communities achieve equitable outcomes.

There is something for everyone, and the Spring Conference program is jam packed with great content for all including HR professionals who will receive continuing education credits (CEUs) through the HR Certification Institute and SHRM PDC's by attending designated sessions at the conference.
