ABIM/Maintenance of Certification	$350	$375

Cancellation: There will be a $25 administrative fee for cancellation after May 15, 2018.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Register by May 4, 2018 before the fees go up.

After this date registration will be automatically processed at the additional fee.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS

There is a $25 cancellation fee for all cancellations. Cancellations are to be submitted via email only to christopher.x1.lin@kp.org by May 15, 2018. There will be no refunds after this date.
