Sponsorship/Exhibition Opportunity

Opportunities to profile services and products at this meeting are available through the below packages. An expected 300 international delegates will attend this event. The numbers of sponsorship packages are limited per category as designated and every effort will be made to maximise exposure during the event for sponsors. Packages while detailed below are flexible and the organising committee will consider proposals made by potential sponsors.Space to profile products and services will be offered in the registration area and break-away rooms adjacent to the entrance of the conference facility at Skukuza for the duration of the meeting. Likewise, sponsors will be profiled in the full-colour conference programme brochure and will have the opportunity of purchasing additional advertising space in this publication. Exhibitors will be required to have set up their exhibits by 15:00 on Sunday, 10 March 2019 in time for the welcoming cocktail function that evening, and will be expected to vacate the conference facility by 15:00 on Friday, 15 March 2019 at the end of the event.
