Registration is online, with payment by check or credit card. There will be an option to print your registration and mail with a check to facilitate payment by your church or if you prefer not to use a credit card. If you are not able to register online, please email RobinBeMiller@vaumc.org and a paper registration form will be made available to you. The deadline for In-residence Registration is Wednesday, August 15, 2018.
All-Inclusive Registration
The Virginia Crossings Hotel & Conference Center is an executive conference center with on-site hotel and gourmet kitchen facilities. The registration options below are per-person and based on your lodging choices. You will be asked for a credit card when you check-in, to cover any incidentals (room service, in-room movies, etc.). Both in-residence and commuter registrations include all meals beginning with Lunch on Tuesday through breakfast on Wednesday. Vegetarian and gluten free options will be available at each meal.

Continuing Education Funds
Continuing Education grants from $200 to $400 are available to part-time* and full-time clergy under appointment by the Virginia Conference. The Application form is available at www.vaumc.org/ClergyContinuingEducation. If you are submitting an application for grant funding, please choose Invoice as your payment method.
*The Board of Ordained Ministry has granted an exception to the Continuing Education Grant Policy for this event. Grants will be offered to all part-time and full-time local pastors, under appointment, regardless of their educational progress.
