HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Book Your Room within the R+F Block
Once you register for R+F Convention 2018, you will be prompted to make a hotel reservation within the official R+F room block. Below are the many benefits that R+F attendees receive when securing hotel reservations within the R+F room block:
- Lowest available rates at participating hotels.
- Complimentary shuttle service offered to and from the Convention Center at hotels not within walking distance.
- No prepayment at the time of booking, only a credit card required to guarantee your reservation. Hotel deposits will not be required in 2018.
- No penalties to cancel your reservation until after the cancellation deadline.
- Large selection of hotels within New Orleans.
- R+F Housing team provides support with any issues from the time you book your reservation through your stay in New Orleans.

| Hotel Cancellation Policy |
The deadline to cancel your hotel reservation is Tuesday, July 10, 2018. Should you cancel your hotel reservation after this date, your credit card on file will be charged a non-refundable cancellation fee in the amount of $250 USD. To cancel, click here to log into your hotel reservation by using your email address and hotel confirmation number located in your housing confirmation number. You can also call 1-866-254-9142 or email RFhousingsupport@cmrus.com for assistance. For cancellations three days prior to your arrival, the hotel will charge a penalty fee of one night’s stay plus tax. Hotel reservations are non-transferable except in the case that you are cancelling your registration and your existing roommate will maintain the reservation. To submit the hotel transfer request to your roommate, please e-mail RFhousingsupport@cmrus.com with your registration confirmation number and the registration confirmation number for your roommate. |

| No-Show Policy |
If you fail to arrive at your hotel on your confirmed arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged a no-show fee. Please contact the Convention Support Team if you wish to change your arrival or departure date at 1-866-254-9142 or RFhousingsupport@cmrus.com. Hotels will begin accepting all requests directly on Friday, August 31, 2018. |

If one or more nights are not available at your desired hotel, please book the dates that display as currently available, and waitlist yourself for the remaining nights. Note that inventory is fluctuating daily and we are working to clear attendees from the waitlist as open rooms become available. |
