Catherine Mcnamara

Catherine McNamara joined Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Centre as a highly experienced healthcare leader, with over 30 years providing quality, outcome focused care in both clinical and leadership roles.

Most recently, Catherine established the first fully integrated Case Management program within Abu Dhabi during her time at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. The program provided an integrated patient focused approach to Coordination of Care, combining the skills of Physicians, Nurses, Social Workers and Therapists to ensure quality service delivery across the complete Transition of Care spectrum.

Catherine has occupied senior nursing positions in her home country, Australia, where she gained extensive experience in Neonatal and Adult Medicine and Surgery. Apart from her nursing qualifications, she holds an MBA from Chifley Business School, Australia. 

Catherine is committed to developing a Case Management program at Cambridge which will deliver successful Transition of Care services, using a structured approach to assist the individual reach their personal optimal level of wellness and functional ability.

Dalal Zaid Alnuaimi

Dalal Alnuaimi is a national Emirate charge nurse at Tawam Hospital. She graduated from Fatima College as a registered nurse on 2012, stated as GNI in Tawam hospital trained in different wards including OR, pediatric wards, Oncology wards and Day care unit. On Oct, 2012, she was hired as staff nurse in day care unit. In 2015, she established the Pre-Anaesthesia Patient Education Clinic in Tawam Hospital and she was hired as charge nurse.

She was one of the Emirate nursesselected by SEHA company to join the case management department.Now, she is working as home care coordinator in Tawam hospitalCoordinating services betweenprivate home health care, hospitals, long term facilites, rehabiltation centers and the medical community so that continuity of care for patients is maintained.

She has achieved great success in World Skills International in London 2011,where she was one of the competitors in the category of nursing and Health care.

Enas had her Bachelor degree in nursing from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST) 2002.  Enas is a discharge planner and clinical documentation specialist for physician in Tawam Hospital in Tawam hospital   , started in Tawam in 2004, then Transitioned to Case Management dept. in 2013. Enas participated in structuring the UAE model of case management in 2013. Enas complete ICD 10 /AHIMA course training for clinical documentation specialist. Enas  Completed Essential Critical Care management course (ECCO) in SKMC.Previous speakers in many conferences in UAE

Mary is a Registered Nurse of 32 years in total. Her nursing experience involved mainly: male and female surgical departments, orthopedic, gynae, ICU and CCU. She has a total of 16 years Case Management experience, 14 years in South Africa and 2 years in Saudi Arabia. Her CM experience includes male and female surgical and orthopedic departments, more experience however in both Medical and Surgical High Care and ICU. She has experience in both Hospital and insurance Case Management and is still a member of CMASA (Case Management Association of South Africa). She is currently completing her first year as Manager of the Case Management department at Al Ain Hospital.

Muayyad Tawfiq Al-Atoom received his Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) from University of Jordan, Amman Jordan in 2008, he also completed his Master’s Degree (Master of Business Administration – General Management) from Al Ain University of Science and Technology, Al Ain, United Arab Emirates. Muayyad has a 10 years tremendous experience in Healthcare. He started his career as an Emergency Room – Charge Nurse in his home country (Al Essra Hospital – Amman Jordan) for 3 years before he pursue his career overseas.

Muayyad is a Registered Nurse in UAE, he worked in Rashid Hospital, Emergency Room –Trauma Center as a Team Leader from 2011 till 2015, and shifted to Al Ain Hospital, Emergency Room  as an Acting Charge Nurse from 2015 – 2017 before he became a Case Manager of Amana Healthcare Medical and Rehabilitation Hospital.

Muna Suleiman Ahmed is a case manager with Cambridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center (CMRC). She is a healthcare professional with over 7 years of experience. She has previously worked with Mafraq Emergency Room and other reputed medical institutions. She has a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Sharjah University and a Master’s degree in Quality Management from Wollongong University. She hails from Somalia and is fluent in Arabic, English and Somali.

Shamma Al Ameri is a National Emirati Registered Nurse at Tawam Hospital. She obtained her Bachelor degree in Nursing from Fatima College of Nursing in 2013. She graduated from Abu Dhabi University with a Master Degree in Business and Administration in Human Resource Major in 2016.  Recently, she has was selected to join the Case Management specialty which is a chance to build on her knowledge and skills. Shamma’s goal is to be a good and effective Case Manager and her long term 5 year goal  is to obtain a PHD within the nursing field. Shamma’s mission is to be a good role model by encouraging and motivating other Emirati’s to join the nursing profession. Recently, Shamma commenced a new challenging role within Case Management of being the SEHA appointed Homecare and Long Term placement coordinator. She is reliable, dedicated, and a sensitive professional.

Teresa is a UK trained Registered Nurse, Certified Midwife and Lactation Consultant with over 40 years health care experience, mainly in busy tertiary centers within the UK and UAE. As Manzil’s Director of Operations in the UAE Teresa is responsible for managing clinical operations of a JCIA accredited home care service employing approximately 390 nurses/ Care Givers, 2 physicians and an allied health team. Manzil UAE currently serves over 170 patients.

Prior to joining Manzil Teresa worked in a SEHA facility for more than 30 years. Her last post in SEHA was as Assistant Director of Nursing and Midwifery. In this role she shared management responsibility for the provision of a wide range of clinical, professional and administrative services that are required to provide high quality, safe and efficient healthcare services within a broad scope of services. Teresa has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and a Master of Business Administration, Health Service Specialty from the University of Leicester. She has actively contributed to several successful Joint Commission International and Baby Friendly Hospital accreditations and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.
