It is exciting to welcome you all again to gather, learn, network and support the growth of our profession.
I was recently reminded of the 2017 theme for Case Management Week in the USA: Exceptional People Exceptional Care.
This conference is the perfect opportunity for us here in the Middle East to also recognize the dedication, compassion and care outcomes achieved by Nurse Case Managers and Social Workers. It is time to celebrate these achievements and recognize what you have accomplished for the community as well as the advancement of healthcare delivery here in the UAE.
Many of our sessions this year will revolve around the significance of effective communication and the impact on our patients and families, effective disease management and improving better outcomes.
