This event is offered by SSSC in partnership with CDN and is for all staff in colleges who deliver health and social care qualifications and for their students.

Aims

This event aims to discuss and showcase the ways that leadership values and behaviours underpin all health and social care qualifications and awards. This will be achieved through:

• An introduction to SSSC Step into Leadership web resources, and the six leadership capabilities www.stepintoleadership.info
• A discussion on ways that educators and learners recognise the on-going development of their leadership skills, competencies and behaviours
• Exploring showcases of examples of practices from colleges
