We have gathered some resources and articles on the topics to be discussed. Please take the time to look through them prior to the conference.

We also have attached the "Women in Medicine Questions for our Panelists" from 2016, that has valuable insights from SCPMG women leaders at various stages of their career. They answer questions such as “How did you get to where you are in your career?”,  “Are there any obstacles you encountered?”, “What motivates you and how do you stay motivated?”, and “How do you deal with stress?”.  Please make sure to take a look at this special resource.

Women in Medicine Panelist Questions

Here are some books to consider reading for a women in medicine book club, which many of you were interested in participating in at your respective medical centers:

What Works for Women at Work by Joan Williams and Rachel Dempsey
Hardball for Women by Pat Heim & Tammy Hughes
The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown
Drop the Ball: Achieving More by Doing Less by Tiffany Dufu
