On behalf of CanTeen Australia and the Adolescent and Young Adult Cancer Global Accord, we are delighted to welcome you to attend the 3rd Global AYA Cancer Congress at the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park (formerly known as Sheraton on the Park) from 4-6 December 2018 in Sydney, Australia.

Following on from the success of previous Global AYA Cancer Congresses in Edinburgh and Atlanta, this year’s event is again expected to welcome close to 400 Australian and international delegates. It will be a dynamic event where healthcare professionals, policy makers, researchers and consumers from across the globe will come together to showcase and discuss the latest developments in AYA Cancer.

The theme of the 2018 Congress is Navigating the road through AYA cancer, emphasising the importance of addressing all aspects of AYA cancer from prevention and diagnosis, through acute treatment, to survivorship, palliative care and rehabilitation. Reflecting this, the daily themes will be Life before cancer, Life with cancer and Life beyond cancer.

Enriching the plenary and concurrent program will be a fast paced rapid-fire and poster presentation sessions, along with a Day 1 welcome reception, an engaging industry exhibition featuring Australian and international providers and innovator and the potential for side meetings.

An intimate Congress Gala Dinner will also be held at the historic Doltone House at Jones Bay Wharf on Wednesday 5 December. Tickets are limited, so register early to secure a seat.

We look forward to meeting you in Sydney in December to share in the latest global advances in AYA cancer care!

Warm Regards,
