Many PNZ members fund education related activities. There is a wide range of approaches with members funding:
·

  • individuals
  • education-related programmes
  • the institutions
  • the exploration of more systemic education issues.

All these approaches share the recognition of the importance of education and all share an aspiration to improve the quality of the education experience.

PNZ invites you to the first Education Funders’ Network meeting. Come and hear what other funders of education are doing, meet others working in the field, explore opportunities for collaboration, and understand what’s happening in education and how it is changing.

It will include a presentation on the current state of the NZ education system and its future development. There will be opportunities for discussion about your area of interest as well as the opportunity to explore how to improve the effectiveness of the philanthropic investment in education.

Join us for coffee at 9.00am for a 9.30am start.
Finishing around 4.00pm.
