Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, join us for a fun morning of Yoga Basics. The class will cover seated, standing, and inverted postures (asanas) to build a strong yoga foundation and will be conducted by trainers from VIDA Fitness. Yoga mats, towels and water will be provided.
