determined by the popularity among registrants. See above for the Virtual Conference schedule. However, following the conference, virtual
conference participants will have access to ALL recorded sessions
on-demand.

What is the cost to participate in the Virtual Conference? |
The virtual conference rates can be found on our Rates & Deadlines page.

Is
the time of the Virtual Conference adjustable for my time zone?
|
The Virtual Conference will occur in Eastern Standard
Time and will not be adjustable. However, all conference recordings will be available
on-demand following the conference.

Where
do I access the Virtual Conference on day of the event?
|
An email will be sent to virtual conference
registrants with the personalized link to live stream day of the event.
|
Can
I switch my in-person registration to the Virtual Conference option?
|
Should you wish to switch from the in-person
conference attendance, to the Virtual Conference, you will be charged a
processing fee of $35.00.
|
How
do I know my computer, mobile device, or tablet meets the technical
requirements for live streaming?
|
- Before attending the Virtual Event, please be
sure to check your system by clicking on the “System Checker” tab on the event page. This will ensure your
system is compatible with the live broadcasting platform. Perform this
system check 30 minutes prior to the event start so that you don’t miss
the first couple of minutes! Any questions can be directed to Technical
Support below.

Can
I log-in with multiple devices?

Link access is personalized. You may log-in with
different devices but you cannot be logged-in simultaneously on multiple
devices.

*How
do I receive Continuing Education Credits?
|
To receive CEU’s you must complete your event
evaluation. IDA will email the registered attendee a certificate of attendance
to the email address provided during registration following the conference.
