Jon Clark | |||
| Jon is an experienced
corporate finance professional who has worked with EY for approximately 20
years. Jon is the UKI Energy TAS MSL and he also leads the EMEIA Oil & Gas
Transaction Advisory Services team. Jon has advised on international acquisitions, divestments and fund-raisings covering around 40 countries globally and acting for many Oil & Gas companies including BP, Chevron, Shell, ONGC Videsh, Hellenic Petroleum, Saudi Aramco, PetroSA, RWE DEA, Vedanta Resources, Petro-Canada, Mitsui, Mitsubishi , Maersk and Salamander Energy. Jon is a respected industry commentator appearing regularly in television (CNBC, CNN, Bloomberg) and print media (Financial Times, Petroleum Economist, Energy Risk, etc.,). As well as his oil and gas responsibilities, Jon is the lead partner for EY's European Corporate Development Leadership Network, helping senior M&A practitioners across sectors develop transaction insights and solutions for their capital agenda |
