Deposits & Cancellation Policy
Full pre-payment required when booking. No refund is given for rooms cancelled or amended within 30 days of stay – incurring 100% cancellation fee.
Accommodation cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Full cancellations made more than 30 days prior to guest's check-in dates will be refunded as per hotel's cancellation policy less a $10.00 fee to cover cancellation processing administration.
