There is something for everyone in Orlando, and this year's planning committee has designed an engaging and meaningful program that reflects the spirit of the Conference of Executives by offering an abundance of sessions that will incorporate time for fun and fellowship, while dedicating much of our focus to the primary engine that fuels Goodwill’s mission.

Friday, February 9
- Confirm your spot on the Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, Inc. Backstage Wow Tour.
Saturday, February 10
- There are a number of committee meetings on Saturday, February 10. All members are welcome to attend.
- Come early and enjoy an afternoon at Universal CityWalk Orlando to shop and eat.
Sunday, February 11
- Come and hear the kickoff keynote speaker, Matt Hyde.
- Welcome our newest CEO members during the welcome reception.
- Get to know the current Executive Development Program (EDP) cohort during the EDP hospitality reception. They are Goodwill's newest group of emerging leaders from across the membership.
Monday, February 12
- Come and hear how Rick Goings, Chairman and CEO of Tupperware Brands Corporation, inspires and challenges a worldwide team.
- Come and hear about the latest NASA plans to return to the moon and a mission to Mars from the luncheon keynote speaker, Kelvin Manning.
- There are a number of state and regional association meetings all members can attend.
- If you can't make it on the first Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, Inc. Backstage Wow Tour, there is still another chance to attend.
Tuesday, February 13
- Gather to celebrate the achievements of Goodwill's CEOs and retirees at the 2018 COE Recognition Banquet.
