Cancellations received on or before Friday, February 16, 2018 entitle the registrant to a full refund. Cancellations received between February 17 – March 2, 2018 will be charged an administrative fee of $100. Due to hotel guarantees, there will be no registration refund for cancellations received after March 2, 2018.

**First Time Attendee: You have never attended an MHI Spring Meeting, Annual Conference or Executive Summit.
