CONSUMER REGISTRATIONS
The Symposium Committee encourages consumers partnering with NSW Health services and agencies to attend the Symposium free of charge.
NSW Health consumers should contact their affiliated organisation to express interest in attending.
If you are a consumer not associated with a NSW Health organisation and you are interested in attending the Symposium, please email isabella@alignmentevents.com.au to seek registering free of charge.
Delegates are encouraged to register for both days of the Symposium (Monday 9 & Tuesday 10 April). Single day registrations are not available.
