REGISTRATION ENTITLEMENTS

Full registration includes:
- Entry to all ASM sessions (Sunday, Monday & Tuesday)
- Access to moderated poster sessions as per ASM program
- Morning and afternoon teas and lunch daily
- Attendance at the Welcome Reception (Sunday 8 July)
- Attendance at the ASM Dinner (Monday 9 July)
- Entry into the exhibition area
- Delegate Program and Abstract Book


Day registration includes:
- Entry to all ASM sessions on day of registration
- Morning and afternoon teas and lunch on day of registration
- Entry into the exhibition area on day of registration
- Delegate Program and Abstract Book
- Attendance at the Welcome Reception (Sunday day registrations only)

Alterations and cancellations

Alterations to your registration will not be accepted over the telephone. Alterations can be made by logging back into your registration via the website. To access your registration you will need to enter both your email address and Registration Reference Number supplied at the time of the original registration. If you encounter any difficulties with the above please email anzup2018@icms.com.au For further information on the registration cancellation policy please refer to the Terms & Conditions page above.


Payment

Full payment MUST be received prior to the ANZUP 2018 ASM. Registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Accommodation cannot be confirmed until credit card details are received. Please note if your registration is made less than two weeks prior to the ASM  the only payment option available is credit card. Payment can be made in the following ways:


1. Credit card 

All credit cards will incur a 1.75% surcharge by the provider.
(Visa, Mastercard & AMEX accepted)


2. Cheque 

Please make cheque/bank draft in Australian dollars payable to “ICMS Meetings” and mail to the ASM Organiser. International delegates please note: cheque payment must be received by way of an Australian drawee bank. On receipt of your payment, confirmation will be emailed to you. It is advisable to check all items listed.


3. Electronic Funds Transfer

Please note that the ASM Organiser will accept payments via electronic funds transfer. The ASM bank details will be supplied on the invoice generated at the completion of your registration. Please include your reference number as a reference on the deposit and forward your remittance advice to the ASM Organiser.
