Registering is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Our fast and easy online registration form is available by clicking on a button which allows for safe and secure online payment.

Allied Health Professionals Development Fund

The Ontario Pharmacists Association Conference 2018 is eligible for funding through the Allied Health Professionals Development Fund.

Registration Options
Full registration includes admission to the keynote sessions and educational sessions; access to the trade show; conference meals and networking coffee breaks; and all social events (Welcome Reception, Friday Night Social and Closing Party).

Full Registration (without social tickets) includes admission to the keynote sessions and educational sessions; access to the trade show; conference meals and networking coffee breaks.

Single Day Registration (Friday/Saturday)
Friday: Includes admission to the Opening Keynote session and Friday educational sessions; access to the trade show; conference meals and networking coffee breaks.

Saturday: Includes admission to the Closing Keynote session and Saturday educational sessions; conference meals and networking coffee breaks.

Social Tickets: Social tickets may be purchased individually.

*NEW* Conference Transportation: Motor coach transfers from Toronto to Deerhurst and return is available for purchase to full conference registrants only. Transfers to Deerhurst will depart from Union Station.

Registration Changes, Cancellation and Refund Policy
All changes and/or cancellations must be submitted in writing to conference@opatoday.com before May 1, 2018.
All changes and/or cancellations made on or before May 1, 2018 will be subject to a 25% administrative fee.
All changes and/or cancellations made on or after May 2, 2018 is not subject to any refund.
