Following a career in corporate affairs and issues management, Dellwyn has specialised in the philanthropic sector.  She has lead a family foundation, a major not-for-profit and managed a variety of corporate philanthropy programmes.

Julie Reilly

CEO Australian Women Donors Network

Julie joined the Australian Women Donors Network with a diverse history in Federal Government administration, major events management and music production. Julie Reilly is one of the most important voices in contemporary Australian philanthropy.

Australian Women Donors Network unleashes the potential of women and girls. It focuses on gender wise philanthropy which recognises inequality, not by treating people in the same way but by treating them in a way that addresses the disadvantage.

Sarah Trotman

Director of Business Relations, AUT University

Sarah is a well respected New Zealand business leader. At AUT she oversees the prestigious AUT Excellence in Business Support Awards, their student leadership initiatives, and other engagement strategies.

Prior to joining AUT University, Sarah ran her own businesses for 18 years. She helped establish the Lifewise Big Sleepout fundraising event to support people out of homelessness and is involved in social issues and the Future Leaders Programme.

Dr Gill Greer

CEO of the National Women’s Council.

Dr Gill Greer is an experienced equality activist and advocate.

She was appointed the new Chief Executive of the National Council of Women of New Zealand (NCWNZ) in September 2017. Gill is responsible for leading the 121-year-old organisation through a revitalisation, including building on the new Gender Equal NZ movement.

Michele A’Court

Winner of “Comedienne of the Decade” at the 2010 NZ Comedy Awards, Michèle A’Court is a stand-up comedian and writer. Her book, Stuff I Forgot to Tell my Daughter, has received rave reviews. She is a passionate feminist and supporter of women’s empowerment.

Programme Director, Urutapu

Veeshayne is the creator of the Urutapu programme. She is passionate about tamāhine leadership and is 100% committed to developing her people.

Born and raised in Te Tai Tokerau she has spent over two decades living and working in Tāmaki Makaurau. 

Veeshayne spent the first 15 years of her career working with Māori youth at Ngāti Whātua owned radio station Mai FM, and won the best new broadcaster award for two consecutive years. 

She created and developed the YWCA’s national young women’s leadership programme “Raise up and Represent”.
