PCR Sales Recertification

At Channel Partner Expo, you will have the opportunity to renew your PCR sales certification. These certifications are essential to stay current on the latest technologies and enable your company to maintain its status in the Motorola Solutions PartnerEmpower™ Program. The process is simple - attend the following 6 breakout training sessions and complete Professional and Commercial Radio Portfolio Overview (AAE1402) and an online post-event exam on LMS.

Certification Training Classes

PartnerEmpower certification classes are needed to raise your status within the PartnerEmpower Program. In order to move from PCR Sales Professional to PCR Sales Master, the following sessions will be offered in conjunction with Channel Partner Expo. Dealer Sales Representatives who complete these courses will obtain PCR Sales Master Certification. Manufacturer’s Representatives and Federal Resellers who take SLS1029, Securing Strategic Appointments, will gain credit toward P25 Sales Associate Certification. In order to fully achieve the P25 Sales Associate Certification, MRs must also take the online bundle GRSSA0001.

Sunday, March 4th 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Securing Strategic Appointments SLS1029
This 3 hour course provides a solid foundation for new and experienced sales professionals to secure time with prospects as well as additional Buying Influences in the sales process by targeting the most ideal candidates and connecting with them through relevant business and industry issues. Learn what three types of statements can appropriately structure your actions for a powerful and compelling message. Build a playbook of successes to use in the future and take advantage of your company’s history to bolster confidence. Register here to participate.

Wednesday, March 7th 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM: Strategic Selling Skills Workshop SLS3001
This one day training event will introduce Dealer Sales Reps to Motorola’s Strategic Selling by working on sales skills through an interactive Skills Workshop. Objectives After completing this training you will be able to:
  • Quickly identify find and prioritize high potential sales opportunities• Navigate the internal bureaucracy of customers and prospects.
  • Gain more visibility into the status of important sales opportunities.
  • Transition from a product-led sale to a solution-led sale.

  • Implement a consistent process for planning customer interactions.
  • Improve opportunity close rates and reduce sales cycle time
