2018 PRINT ADVERTISING SPECIFICATIONS
ACCEPTABLE DIGITAL FORMATS
Preferred:
- Portable document files (.PDF) — Press quality or higher resolution. Fonts must be embedded.
Also Acceptable:
- Photoshop .TIF files — At least 300 dpi using CYMK Color Model
- JPG files — At maximum resolution using CYMK Color Model
- Adobe InDesign .CS5 files — Packaged with fonts & external graphic files at 300 dpi or higher
- Quark Express files (Vers. 7 or earlier) — Collected for output, external graphic files at 300 dpi or higher
- .EPS files
Before submitting any other formats, please contact Maple Press to see if sizes are correct:

- Quarter Page - 3.25 inches x 5 inches or 83mm x 127mm
- Half Page Horizontal - 7 inches x 5 inches or 178mm x 127mm
- Half Page Vertical - 3.25 inches x 10 inches or 83mm x 254mm
- Full Page Non-Bleed - 7 inches x 10 inches or 178mm x 254 mm
- Full Page with Bleed - 8.75 inches x 11.25 inches or 222mm x 286mm
Keep live matter to 7 inches x 10 inches or 178mm x 254mm

Ads must be received no later than Friday, April 8, 2018 to assure placement in the AutoEPCON Program Guide.
