INS 2018 ePosters

ePoster Presentations

Applications for INS 2018 are now closed

Open to all infusion therapy professionals, educational poster (ePoster) presenters share evidence-based projects, research, practice initiatives, and clinical innovations.

ePosters are presented in 60-minute time blocks during exhibit hall hours. Your application should consist of a title, abstract, and references for a PowerPoint presentation you’ll prepare. Submissions will undergo a blind review to be selected for presentation at INS 2018 in Cleveland.

GUIDELINES:

  • Only one ePoster will be accepted per presenter.
  • Presenters must agree to INS copyright and permission requirements to submit an application.
  • A narrative abstract, limited to 75 words, is required.
  • Citations and references must be styled using the American Medical Association (AMA) Manual of Style.
  • Do not include any identifying text in the title or abstract.
  • The material presented must be your own, original work that has not been published previously.
  • Selected presentations will be announced by email beginning February 6, 2018. Completed PowerPoint presentations must be submitted to INS by May 1, 2018.

INS plans to publish selected ePoster presentation abstracts in a future issue of the Journal of Infusion Nursing. In addition, ePoster power points will be posted online, in their entirety, and linked to a dedicated website from the Journal’s digital edition. (This link will also appear in the print publication, directing readers where to view your work.) You will be required to provide INS with the following documentation as part of the submission process:

         1. You and each member of your coauthor team are required to complete a copyright transfer document.

         2.  Written permission for any material used in the presentation that was reused or adapted from another source.

PLEASE NOTE: ePoster presenters must be registered INS 2018 attendees. All expenses related to the presentation and meeting attendance (including but not limited to travel, transportation, lodging, and meals) are the responsibility of the presenter.
