HOW Design Live is made up of four events in just five days, which means you have a lot of registration options. We’ve laid them all out for you below—be sure to take the time to look at them all closely.

And if you do end up forgetting something, don’t worry. You can easily make changes and additions to your program online—we want to make sure you make the most of your time at the biggest, most exciting design event ever!
 


The BIG Ticket

$1,595 - Early Bird Rate (through April 30, 2012)/$1,795 - Post Early Bird Rate (after April 30, 2012)

The BIG Ticket is an all-inclusive access to all four HOW Design Live events, at a deeply discounted rate. It's the absolute best way to wring every ounce of information and inspiration out of HOW Design Live. A limited number of The BIG Tickets will be available, and registrations will be taken on a first come, first served basis. The BIG Ticket discounted rate cannot be combined with any other discount offers.

Group Full-Conference (requires 3 or more registrations from the same company received at the same time. Group rates are per person) - $1,195 - Early Bird Rate (through April 30, 2012)/$1,245 -- Post Early Bird Rate (after April 30, 2012). Group discounted rates cannot be combined with any other discount offers.

Student Full-Conference (requires a copy of student ID and proof of 12 current credit hours to qualify. Applies to HOW Design Conference and The Dieline Package Design Conference only) - $595 - Early Bird/Post Early Bird Rate. Student discounted rate cannot be combined with any other discount offers. HOW Design Conference - Magic Bus Package

"Magic Bus" Package - $1295 Includes:
  • HOW Design Conference registration (includes all regular Friday, Saturday and Sunday sessions)
  • Transportation between New York City and Boston on a Mercedes-Benz bus complete with leather seats, bathroom (of course!), WiFi and six video screens. The bus leaves the New York Hilton Hotel (6th Avenue and 54th St.) Friday, June 22 at 7:30 am and departs the Convention Center in Boston Sunday, June 24 at 7:00 pm. 
  • Assistance in making your hotel reservation (hotel fees not included)

HOW Design Live MP3s - $99 Includes audio MP3s of all available HOW Design Live sessions, provided within 30 days after the event.

Individual Sessions - Individual sessions are available a la carte at $250 each. Workshops and Studio Tours are available a la carte for $325 each.

Guest Registration - $325

Guest registration applies to the spouse or non-design-industry friend of attendees of The BIG Ticket, HOW Design Conference and The Dieline Package Design Conference. Guest registration includes continental breakfast(s), and respective conferences' receptions. Guest registration does not include access to any HOW Design Live conference sessions.

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us at HOWDesignLive@fwmedia.com by May 4, 2012.  Your registration fee will be refunded less a $250 processing fee.  No refunds will be made after this date for any reason.  Substitutions may be made by fax or email until May 31, 2012. After this date, all substitutions must be made on-site at the HOW Design Live event.

Conference Policy

Recording or photographing conference sessions, panel discussions or sponsor exhibits is strictly prohibited.  Program handouts and/or recordings will be made available online after the event.  By registering, you agree not to solicit vendors or exhibitors.
