Promotional Email Opportunities

WERC is pleased to offer you two opportunities to promote your company and your involvement at the 2018 WERC Conference.

1. Send email messages, through our exclusive marketing partner website, to your own list of customers and prospects inviting them to visit you at the WERC Conference.

Cost: FREE! And if that’s not incentive enough…

Any company that sends messages through our exclusive marketing partner to at least 2,500 unique, valid email addresses by March 21, 2018 will be given a free upgrade to full-conference registration for their Solutions Center only pass. (A $650 value.) 

The company that sends the most email messages to unique, valid email addresses by April 6, 2018 will receive a complimentary Solutions Partner Booth Package for the 2019 WERC Conference. (A $3,995 value)

After you've confirmed your participation as a Solutions Partner and/or Sponsor, you will receive access information from our partner, Event Technologies. Click here to log in and set up your messages.

2.Send an email message to all registered conference attendees pre &/or post conference.

Cost: $500 per message

Email Distribution Dates: April 2 - May 31, 2018; Two messages per day maximum will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

New for 2018 - Hotel Reservations Benefits

Booth and Sponsorship packages confirmed for the WERC Conference by April 4, 2018 include guaranteed access to one room per included registration at WERC’s special rates at one of the conference hotels May 6-9, 2018.




Book your rooms through WERC’s official hotel reservations partner (onPeak) by April 4, 2018 and enjoy not only VIP service and exclusive, discounted hotel rates of $214-$229 + tax per night, but also no additional staff registration fees.

Should a Solutions Partner opt to book hotel rooms for any of their staff outside the official WERC hotels or after April 4, 2018, an additional fee of $250 per person will be due to WERC.
