Deposits & Cancellation Policy
Full pre-payment required. Cancellations outside 30 days prior to stay, attracts a full refund less $50 booking fee. Cancellatoins between 15 & 30 days attracts a $200 cancellation fee. If cancelled within 14 days 100% cancellation fee applies.
Accommodation cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Full cancellations made more than 30 days prior to guest's check-in dates will be refunded as per hotel's cancellation policy less a $10.00 fee to cover cancellation processing administration.
