(subject to availability) Full pre-payment required. Cancellation policy is 30 days notice for a full refund (less a $40.00 handling fee). If 30 days notice is not given the deposit will be refunded only if the apartment is re let to the same value. No refund for early departure. Accommodation cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Full cancellations made more than 30 days prior to guest's check-in dates will be refunded as per hotel's cancellation policy less a $10.00 fee to cover cancellation processing administration.
