The Registration fee is USD$1000 (which only the member pays) for both the client and supplier together

What does it include?
- Accommodation for both client & supplier (two single rooms for two nights, including breakfast) at the the Hyatt Capital Gate Hotel
- All transfers for both client & supplier (including transfers to and from Abu Dhabi airport)
- All meals & networking events as indicated in the programme for both client & supplier
- Taxes

What it doesn’t include:
- Flights/train travel for both Client & Supplier

Who pays the Registration fee?

The registration fee is to be paid by the venue member and they are also responsible for their own and their clients travel to and from the local airport/railway station

Are transfers provided?
Yes transfers will be arranged for both client and supplier from Abu Dhabi airport to the hotel upon arrival and a return transfer from the hotel to Abu Dhabi airport. These transfers are included in the registration fee and will be arranged upon receipt of the fully completed accommodation form.

Extra nights hotel
If you wish to extend your stay, the
Hyatt Capital Gate Hotel offers the special rate of AED 554.50 per single room, per night incl. breakfast and tourist taxes and AED 675.50 per double room per night incl. breakfast. How can I register?
Registration is now open, the criteria for inviting a client can be found under the
guidelines section of the website and the exclusion list is available under the Portal section of the website. Once you have a suitable client please complete all three forms below:

Registration Form (for venue to complete – to be officially signed and returned as a pdf)

Client Profile (for client to complete - should be typed and fully completed and sent to ICCA Head Office as a word document)

Venue Profile (for venue to complete - should be typed and fully completed and sent to ICCA Head Office as a word document)

All three forms should be sent to Claire Jackson (
claire.j@iccaworld.org) at ICCA Head Office who will check to see if the client qualifies by meeting with the criteria given in the guidelines and if the forms are completed properly. If the client is suitable and all 3 forms are fully completed, the member and client will be sent confirmation of their registration by email.

Members are accepted on a first come first served basis provided their clients meet the necessary criteria. Only the official fully completed registration form, fully completed client profile form and the fully completed venue profile forms will be accepted as an application (applications are only accepted upon receipt of all three fully completed forms). If a member's application for the Workshop is not fully complete or additional information is required, they will loose their place in the first-come-first-served rule and only when the missing information is received will their application be processed.

IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE:
In order to keep in line with ICCA’s strategic goals the guidelines have changed and only association executive clients will be accepted. Anyone registering with a Core PCO or AMC client will be held on a waiting list until the registration deadline and will only be offered a place on the workshop if there is still spaces available.

Places on this Workshop are on a first-come-first-served basis and only two venues from the same country can participate and only one from the same city. The deadline for registration is 7 March 2019.
