Welcome to The Stephen J. Sweig PlastiVan™ Fund
To honor our esteemed colleague and friend, Stephen Sweig, who passed away in January, 2017, a memorial fund has been established with the SPE Foundation. "The Stephen J. Sweig PlastiVan™ Fund will help educate thousands of students to the wonders of plastics," says Steve Murrill, president of Profile Plastics Inc. and founder of the fund.
"Stephen Sweig was the chief engineer at Profile Plastics for 30 years and is greatly missed by all of us. I wanted to honor his memory and his spirit in a way that would impact the industry he cared so much about."
PlastiVan™ impacts thousands of students every year, but many schools that inquire about bringing the program to their students go unserved due to a lack of sponsorship funding. Any amount meaningful to you will make a difference to our next generation of plastics professionals.
