When registering online the system will require payment at the time you complete your registration form. The only acceptable form of payment for online processing is a valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Register 3 or more individuals from the same company and SAVE! Groups must register at the same time to qualify for the offer. Substitutions may be sent at any time. All cancellations are subject to a $225 administration fee. To receive a refund, your written cancellation must be received a minimum of 30 days before the conference date. Refunds will not be issued after that date.
