Registration and payment is required for each guest. Attendees may bring up to 2 guests at the fee schedule listed above. PAYMENT You may pay for registration fees by credit card. You will be prompted to enter your credit card information during the registration process. CANCELLATION/REFUNDS There is a $25 cancellation fee for all cancellations. Cancellations are to be submitted via email only to liz.x.nelson@kp.org by October 16, 2017. There will be no refunds after this date.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Register by October 9, 2017 before the fees go up. After this date registration will be automatically processed at the additional fee.
