When is Conference 2018?

  • New Leader session: Wednesday, August 1 from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
    • For New Leaders who promoted since Conference 2017 – by invitation only
  • Leaders+ Only: Wednesday, August 1 from 1:00–5:00 PM
  • General Conference:
    • Thursday, August 2 from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (lunch included)
    • Friday, August 3 from 9:00 AM–4:15 PM (lunch included)
    • Saturday, August 4 from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM 

Registration

How do I register for Conference 2018 online?

  • Register now from the HOME page above. Simply click on the applicable registration category on the right-hand side.

What is the last day I can register for Conference?

  • Registration closes June 30, 2018.

What is included in the registration price?

  • Exciting presentations from our President & Founder, and CEO.
  • Sneak peeks of what Epicure has in store, including new product previews.
  • Breakout and skill-building sessions to help you build a stronger business.
  • Opportunities to network with Consultants from across Canada, and Home Team members.

When and where do I check in?

Make sure to check in with Epicure guest services at the Scotiabank Convention Centre during these time slots:
  • New Leaders: Wednesday, August 1 8:30 AM
  • Leaders and above: Wednesday, August 1 9:30 AM–12:30 PM
  • All Consultants: Wednesday, August 1 3:00–7:00 PM, or Thursday, August 2, 7:00–8:30 AM

How do I cancel my registration?

To cancel your Conference registration, please send an email to customerexperience@epicure.com.

Please note the following cancellation policy:

  • Registration cancellations up to and including June 1, 2018, will receive a refund. No refunds will be given after that date.
  • All cancellations are subject to a $75 administration fee.
  • Conference fees are non-transferrable (i.e. fees cannot be transferred to another Consultant or to a different event).

 

Travel and Accommodation

How do I get to the Convention Centre and nearby hotels from the Toronto airport? 

Public shuttle services operate 24/7, and travel time is approximately 90 minutes. Keep in mind, early bird and group discounts are available. 

Is parking available?

Parking is available at the Niagara Falls Scotiabank Convention Center for a flat rate of $10 per vehicle/per entry.

Is there a Conference 2018 discounted hotel rate?

Epicure is not offering a discounted rate at any specific Niagara Falls hotel this year. Niagara Falls has a wide range of accommodation options including hotels, Airbnb, private home/condo rentals etc. You can cut costs by booking early and sharing accommodation with your team/other Consultants (why not book a rental home!).

 

Event Details

NOTE: All Epicure events are fragrance-free events. Participants are asked to refrain from wearing perfumes, colognes, and other fragrances that could affect persons with environmental illnesses or sensitivities. 


Will French interpretation services be provided?

Yes, French interpretation services will be provided for all general sessions. Go to the designated area to pick up your headset; you will be required to provide a credit card which will be securely held until you return your headset at the end of the day. French breakout training sessions will be available.


How should I dress?

For all business/general sessions:
  • Please dress nicely; you might be on camera! For women, we recommend business casual or upscale/trendy attire. Men should dress business casual—a collared shirt with a sweater or blazer is great. Jeans, shorts, athletic wear, and tank tops are NOT permitted. Please note that it is often cold in the Convention Centre, so you may want to bring a light sweater or shawl to stay warm. 
For our Awards Gala:
  • DRESS TO IMPRESS! Women: think classic cocktail or stylish, formalwear. Attending the Awards Gala is like having a celebratory event with your best girlfriends, so be sure to look stylish. Bright colours look best on camera; avoid busy patterns. Men: we suggest a blazer and tie, a suit, or even a tuxedo. 

Can I bring my partner or significant other?

Guests are welcome during the entire General Conference (excluding  by invitation only  events), or you can bring a guest just to the Awards Gala and After Party. If you would like to bring a guest to Conference, please select the checkbox during your registration; the costs associated are listed.  Guest registration will open February 1, 2018 and the fee will be the same as for a Consultant.  Please be aware Conference is an adult-only event.

 

What do I need to know if I require accommodation for a disability?

Consultants are responsible for providing their own assistant, should one be required. We will be happy to provide an assistant free Conference admission. Please note, your assistant cannot be a Consultant. Make sure to provide us with your specific details when registering online to help inform our planning.


Are there babysitting services available?

Conference 2018 is an adult-only event and does not provide a comfortable atmosphere for infants or small children. Keep in mind that childcare is not available; we therefore ask that you make alternative arrangements for your children. Important note: The responsibility to make appropriate childcare arrangements, and any costs associated with such arrangements, are strictly your own.

For the convenience of nursing mothers, a “parents’ room” will be available during Conference hours.

Out of respect for the family obligations and busy schedules of our Consultants, Epicure tries to pack as much fun, learning, and networking opportunities into as short a period as possible.
