Welcome INS National Academy 2018 Faculty!


On behalf of INS, thank you for agreeing to present a continuing nursing education session in Washington, D.C.. Your willingness to share your knowledge and expertise is appreciated.

Please take a few minutes to complete and submit a Faculty Agreement and Conflict of Disclosure statement. Before you begin, have the following information readily available:
  • Contact Information, including mailing addresses, phone numbers, and emergency contact
  • A short biography (60-75 words) to be used for your introduction. Click here for samples
  • A recent, professional-looking head shot (preferred .jpeg or .gif format)
Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation email containing login information to the Faculty Service Center. The center contains all the information you'll need to arrange travel, prepare for your presentation, and submit your manuscript. Click on the button below to access the Faculty Agreement.
