Dilaine Gloege, CDA, CDC is a coding and billing support specialist with over 30 years of dental experience. Dilaine has worked at the practice level as a Certified Dental Assistant, Business Team Member, and Practice Administrator. She is currently Call Support Center Supervisor for Dr. Charles Blair’s Insurance Solutions Newsletter and PracticeBooster and has helped thousands of practices with coding and insurance questions for both medical and dental claims.

Additionally, Dilaine is a contributor to the following publications: Insurance Solutions Newsletter, Administration with Confidence, Diagnostic Coding for Dental Claim Submission, and Medical Dental Cross Coding with Confidence. She also shares her knowledge and passion for dentistry in her speaking and webinar presentations to dental teams nationwide.

Glenda Hood, MA, CPC is an AAPC Certified Professional Coder with 30 years of experience working clinically and administratively with medical professionals. For the past 15 years she has focused on oral surgery and dental coding. Currently, she is the medical coding support specialist for Insurance Solutions Newsletter. In addition to providing support to clients, she is a regular contributor to Insurance Solutions Newsletter, as well as the publications Diagnostic Coding for Dental Claims Submission Guide and Medical Dental Cross Coding with Confidence, scheduled to be released in 2016.
