TACWest 2017
 

TACWest is held in Calgary, Alberta, September 19-21, 2017. It is a must-attend event if you are in law enforcement or any supporting organization. 

Municipal police, RCMP, Corrections, Sheriffs, CBSA, Fish & Wildlife, Military police, and all retired members are invited to register. Spend 3 days with colleagues in a built for you environment.

Range Day - September 19, 2017 - CDTSA Range in Milo, AB

Interact with manufacturers and resellers of firearms and equipment, try the products on the range, see demos, network with fellow LE members & enjoy complimentary concessions. Sniper and Tactical pistol skills and drills will be included. (No transportation provided)

Trade Show - September 20 & 21, 2017- Clarion Hotel & Conference Centre, Calgary, AB

Displays will include clothing, equipment, the latest in innovative LE technology, new gear and training tools with product presentations included. 

Conference/Tactical De-brief Sessions - September 20 & 21, 2017- Clarion Hotel & Conference Centre, Calgary, AB

Briefing sessions and keynotes will provide access to education, training and knowledge development opportunities. 2 Canadian and 2 American incidents will be reviewed and discussed.

Networking Events & ATOA Banquet - September 20 & 21, 2017 - Clarion Hotel & Conference Centre

Enjoy a social event after the range day activities at the Clarion Hotel and a Wednesday night reception with all delegates prior to the ATOA Banquet.

2017 is the second year of TACWest. The 2016 show started with a range day including a tac pistol operators course and avariety of mid and long range activities. Last year saw over 100 attendees and over 30 exhibitors and companies represented on the show floor. Four briefing sessions were also held for attendees with topics including: Terrorism, Radicalization and High Risk Travellers, Less Lethal, Operations and Deployment of Unmanned Vehicles - Case Studies, and First Aid in Policing.
WCDIA is a regional not for profit industry association representing over 250 companies, academia and government agencies. We have membership coverage across British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba and are the voice for the Aerospace, Defence, Security and Law Enforcement Association industry in western Canada.

WCDIA's role is to facilitate the development of the defence, security and law enforcement industries in western Canada.
