Tushar Agarwal, Co-founder & CEO, Hubble
Tushar is Co-founder and CEO of Hubble (hubblehq.com). Previously, Tushar worked in Investment Banking at Greenhill & Co, Barclays, RBS and Morgan Stanley. He holds a BSc in Economics from LSE. Hubble was launched in 2014 and is London's largest digital office broker, with over 1,500 offices available on monthly rolling contracts and over 30,000 businesses signed up. Hubble is backed by the people behind Zipcar, Wealthfront and GoCompare and has raised over £2.5m from investors shared with Transferwise, Revolut and Magic Pony Technology. Hubble's vision is to be the world's first artificially intelligent commercial property company by 2020 and completely reimagine how commercial property is transacted, financed, managed and built.


William Astor
William Astor is board director and member of the investment committee at Long Harbour. William has been instrumental in building the business and his primary responsibilities include the sourcing of finance, and management of Long Harbour funds and strategy. He is also actively involved in the origination and execution of transactions undertaken by the business. William spent 6 years with Consensus Business Group and was appointed director in 2007. From 2003 to 2009, William administered the acquisition, financing and management of over £2 billion of assets with finance from a diverse range of sources, including but not limited to senior bank debt, rated bank conduit structures, hedge funds and publicly listed AAA securitisations.


Graham Baxter
Graham Baxter leads Standard Life Investments’ sustainable real estate investments policy and associated environmental systems. He coordinates the implementation and reporting of sustainability initiatives and environmental performance, with a focus on embedding sustainability risk mitigation and value enhancement within the investment process. He has played an integral role in major development projects, such as Parkway Shopping Centre; Newbury; 95 Gresham Street, London; and 3-8 St Andrew Square, Edinburgh. Graham has 36 years’ experience in real estate design and construction. He joined Standard Life Investments in 2005, before which he held senior M&E roles at a variety of organisations, including Blyth & Blyth, Klimaat Building Services, Rybka and the Department of the Environment. Graham is a member of the Institute of Engineering & Technology and the Institute of Lighting Professionals.


Patrick Flaton
Patrick Flaton, CFOO, Avignon Capital Patrick joined Avignon Capital in 2016 as Chief Financial and Operating Officer (CFOO). At Avignon Capital he is responsible for further growth and specialises in fund structures & management, operational excellence and deal structures. Patrick started his career 18 years ago with Cushman & Wakefield. The last 12 years he has been working as a Managing Partner / CFOO for several Private Equity firms.


Paul Guest
Paul has 16 years of investment industry experience and joined UBS Asset Management's Global Real Estate business in November 2015. He is a member of the Fund of Funds and Multi-Manager Investment Committee. Paul joined from LaSalle Investment Management (2007–2015), where he was most recently regional director of research and strategy in Asia Pacific. Earlier roles included Global Capital Markets research director, head of EMEA research and director of UK Research for Jones Lang LaSalle. He previously held several roles with Moody's Investors Services (2004–2007) and Bank of Nova Scotia (2001– 2003). He is a member of INREV, ANREV, and the Society of Property Researchers (SPR). In 2012–2013 he was Chairman of ANREV's Research Committee.


Jon Lovell,
Founding Director, Hillbreak
Jon specialises in providing strategic advice and independent challenge on responsible investment, urban futures, risk management, policy and sustainability to clients ranging from global investment managers and FTSE100 corporates to governmental and industry bodies around the world. Jon combines his role as an advisor with a number of industry group and charity roles through which he seeks to inspire and facilitate progressive solutions to social, environmental and economic challenges. Formerly, he led the global Real Estate Sustainability Practice at professional services firm, Deloitte, having previously established the award-winning sustainability team at Drivers Jonas LLP. Jon is a Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute, an Associate Member of the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment, and a Fellow of the RSA. He chairs the Sustainability Council of the Urban Land Institute (UK) and is a vice-Chair of ULI UK.


Emmanuel Lumineau,
CEO, BrickVest
Emmanuel has 15 years of investment experience in technology, real estate and energy infrastructure. He has advised technology entrepreneurs and start-ups, with a focus on big data and Fintech. As a co-founder of 1OAK Financial Group, a London-based alternative investment manager that notably held a pre-IPO investment in Twitter Inc. Previously, Emmanuel was head of Investments at Mubadala in Abu Dhabi, the creators of Masdar City, a $25bn landmark “green” real-estate project. Emmanuel spent 10 years as an investment banker in London and New York at Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Citigroup. He was involved in the origination and execution of $40bn M&A, equity and debt assignments in Continental Europe, the US and the Middle East across the real estate, infrastructure and technology sectors. Emmanuel holds an MSc in Management and Finance from HEC Grande Ecole, Paris and an MSc in Management from CEMS.


Alex Lund,
Research Analyst | European market, M&G Real Estate
Alex joined M&G Real Estate in 2016 as a research analyst focusing on UK industrial and European markets. His responsibilities include the formation of in-house views, the determination of strategy for M&G Real Estate's funds and bespoke in-depth research projects. Alex has worked in real estate research since 2012. Previously, he worked for Property Market Analysis, a leading independent property consultancy, and was responsible for UK Business Space forecasts and presenting market views to clients from the fund management, banking and property company sectors. Alex holds a first class BA (Hons) from the University of Leeds and is studying for the Investment Management Certificate (IMC). He is a member of the Investment Property Forum (IPF) and the Society of Property Researchers (SPR).


Sean Rymell,
European Research Analyst, UBS Asset Management
Sean is a European Research Analyst for the Real Estate Research & Strategy team in the UK, which forms part of Real Estate & Private Markets within UBS Asset Management. Sean joined UBS Asset Management’s Real Estate Research & Strategy team in January 2016. Sean's main role is to provide research on European real estate markets, with a particular focus on logistics and debt.  Sean also works alongside the UK and European fund management teams to develop house views on real estate markets, as well as providing research support used for the acquisition and disposition of assets for funds and mandates. Prior to joining UBS, Sean worked at Property Market Analysis (2012–2016) where he was primarily responsible for covering European retail and leisure markets. 


Frances Robinson,
Journalist, Property Investor Europe
Frances Robinson is a freelance journalist who spent five years covering the EU, tech and telecoms for the Wall Street Journal in Brussels. She writes for publications including Politico, The Spectator and CityMetric. She has written on PropTech and tech companies' offices for PIE, as well as subjects from EU summits to prison overcrowding in Brussels. She has interviewed Prime Ministers, CEOs and Eurovision winner Conchita Wurst. She now writes about Brexit, travel food and wine. Her radio and TV appearances include Sky News, RTBF, CNBC, BBC News Channel and BBC World Service. 


Gregory Vinson
Senior Director, Gramercy Europe
Gregory joined Gramercy Europe in September 2016 as Senior Director Investments. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President at Gramercy Property Trust in New York where he managed the disposition of over $1 billion in assets as part of a strategic portfolio realignment following the company’s merger with Chambers Street Properties in 2015.
