The Surf and Sand Resort is non-smoking hotel.

A special room rate is being offered to guests attending our symposium. Attendees must register for the symposium first, then you will receive an email registration confirmation with the needed code for the discounted room rate. Only one room may be booked. Requests for additional rooms will be put on a waiting list.

Reservations available now and must be made no later than 5:00 pm PST on August 24, 2017
Please make reservations early as there is a limited number of rooms available. Rooms are on a first-come, first serve basis. If our block is filled before August 24 you will need to find alternative arrangements if the hotel is not able to accommodate you. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis only and may not be available at the discounted group rate:

Group Sleeping Room Rates - Run of House Single or Double:
Saturday, September 23 - $299
Sunday, September 24 - $260
Monday, September 25 - $275
Tuesday, September 26 - $275

Must be registered for the conference to be eligible for negotiated group sleeping room rates.
Current published rates are $485 for run of house rooms.

The parking and resort fees have been waived for our group and include the following:
-Nightly turndown service
-Unlimited local, toll-free and credit card phone calls
-Unlimited in-room high speed internet access
-Daily Newspaper
-Daily access to the Fitness Center
